Dr. Whaley is absolutely amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes her time with her patients. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment plan. The office staff was also welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Whaley to anyone looking for a caring and thorough eye doctor!

I highly recommend Tallahassee Eye Center and encourage you to ask for Dr. Rosas Medina when you go! The moment I walked into Tallahassee Eye Center, I was greeted by Pearl with a warm smile. After checking in, Moya, the doctor's technician, came to assist me. She was incredibly attentive and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Rosas Medina was my optometrist, and she was exceptionally patient. She took the time to explain how my eyes were doing, highlighting the importance of getting them dilated. Once my appointment was complete, I was helped by Tam, one of the best glasses technicians I've encountered. She skillfully guided me in selecting glasses that not only suited my style but also complemented my face. Thanks to Tam, I'm eagerly counting down the days until I can pick up my new glasses.

I chose Tallahassee Eye Center based on the many positive reviews, with complete patient satisfaction. Since I am a retired RN, I find that I am very particular when choosing healthcare providers. On my first visit, I was warmly greeted by the front desk personnel. Since I was able to fill out forms in advance online, check in was quite easy and my appointment was on time. Dr. Lassley performed my eye exam, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Clearly, she loves her profession, and that was very evident in her exam. She is very joyful and sweet, making the visit a very positive experience. Being retired, I no longer have insurance coverage for eye care. With that understanding, Dr. Lassley worked to lower my costs, for which I am deeply grateful. Following my exam, I was met at the eyewear department by Jennifer, who was absolutely wonderful. She validated that the eyewear I chose was complimentary to my appearance. The measurements were carefully done, and warranties were reviewed. In addition, Jennifer offered to adjust my current ill fitting glasses to perfection. Upon leaving the office, I had another warm interaction with the ladies at the front desk...like friends saying goodbye. I highly recommend Tallahassee Eye Center and look forward to continued care with this provider.

First visit here, and I will definitely be returning! This was the most friendly and efficient eye exam I've ever experienced. My new patient exam was completed within 45 minutes to an hour, but I never felt rushed! Dr. Citlalli Rosas Medina took the time to ask thorough questions and double-check my prescription change to ensure it was accurate. I highly recommend Tallahassee Eye Center!

I go there because multiple friends and my primary doctor all recommended Dr. Whaley. Her reputation is totally deserved and I am very comfortable to have her in charge of my eye health. Bonus though, the lobby music is great and I have wonderful interactions with Gail (the optometric technician) and Sharon, who handled all my front office business.

Tallahassee Eye Center is the best medical practitioner office in Tallahassee. I have been a patient for nearly 20 years and have received nothing but the highest quality customer service every visit. Dr. Catherine Hough is an outstanding Ophthalmologist. She takes great care during the appointments and provides detailed information regarding my eye care. I highly recommend this office for all things optometry.

We have been using Tallahassee eye center for many years. Also have tried other places either from family pressure or just seeing what our typical chp health plan may have to offer. We always returned home. They know me, understand my concerns and my specific needs and yes I do have some. We are treated like family and everything is very thoroughly explained in great detail. We couldn't ask for any better. You couldn't ask for anything better from a health care provider.

Dr. Whaley is awesome! She's very thorough and takes the time needed to address any questions or concerns. Also Jennifer has excellent taste in eye wear and will help you pick out great glasses!
