The doctors and staff are always great. I have always received excellent care. What's preventing me from giving them 5 stars is their mask policy. From their texts: "A surgical face mask MUST be worn inside the facility. If you do not have one, a $0.25 fee will apply." In other words, they will sell you a mask for 25 cents. Maybe someone on their staff is immunocompromised. But to charge a quarter for something that probably cost them a penny seems unfair. With a more fair mask policy, I would have no problem raising my rating to 5 stars.

Dr. Young and her entire team made my eye appointment a smooth experience from the time it was scheduled until the time it was completed. As always I found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional during the process. I would highly recommend the medical practice.

I just came back to Tallahassee after 23 years. Finding Dr. Young is a huge blessing. She is attentive, caring and compassionate. She is very thorough with her examination and treatment. From the front desk to the exam techs, the staff is professional and friendly. I know Im in good hands.

RUDE RUDE. If I could give no stars I would. PHYSICIAN young, Karen does not have no manners in speaking to a patient who clearly has a language barrier, made comments unnecessary truly disrespectful, did not explain anything regarding the exam, was not helpful especially not patience whatsoever. The minute she came into the room the attitude was clearly noticeable and seemed very irritated/annoyed. I tried to ask question to further understand on the problem and she replied in a attitude and loud way which I tried to keep my composure to not get to her level of mistreatment to speaking to a person as I was taught to speak to someone with respect. The whole appointment could've gone smooth with a simple answer of we can't do this now but need more health information thank you and that's all but sadly was mistreated. TRULY the worst so called private practice. The receptionist and assistant on the other hand was very nice and kind the only good thing about that place. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed my overall experience was just time and money wasted. I will never return. I will go somewhere else and pay whatever. Even if this was the last place in town would never return.

Dr. Young and Dr. Appiah are great doctors with an awesome bedside manner. They take time to listen to you every visit. I recommend them to you for all your eye care needs. Debra

The staff here is always kind, friendly, and professional. It is a very welcoming and positive environment for patients. It's truly a great place to receive care. I would 100% recommend anyone to receive care here
