The wait was very reasonable even as a walk-in which is rare these days in town. I also pass out from blood draws so it is often an ordeal. I had Bianca for my phlebotomist and she was wonderful. She was so quick, I literally didn't feel anything, and she let me lay back until I felt steady again. Best experience in a very long time!

Today, I had my first mammogram, and I must say that the experience was truly positive, thanks to the wonderful customer service at the desk. The nurse who performed the mammogram was amazing--her warm and bubbly personality immediately put me at ease. I didn't catch her name, but she made me feel so comfortable during the procedure. I genuinely appreciate her kindness; it's people like her who make all the difference. Thank you for making my first experience worry-free and even enjoyable.- MB

Very organized very busy exact order that we got there that's the way we were called. Nurse was pleasant. Poke me one time and she got all the blood she needed and I was on my way my kind of stuff.

The CHP Infusion Center was an excellent experience. The infusion nurse, Libby, did a fantastic job. She kept me informed regarding the arrival of my medicine. I waited less than five minutes in the waiting room. Libby started an IV so easily that I was amazed. (That's uncommon for me. I'm the patient that sometimes takes five attempts and two nurses.) The center was very clean and quiet. Each patient had privacy thanks to positioning of recliners and frosted screens. Bed side manner and patient comfort were top notch. I'm not only impressed, but I'm also grateful.

My review is for the LabCorp at this location. I've been here several times, it's never staffed to meet the demand for the number of the people who come in the morning, and they have been rude at just about every visit. I'm sitting here with 15 people in the waiting room, and not one person has been taken back since we all arrived 20 minutes ago. CHP, please consider how this can be improved!

(Was there to see Dr. Angela Bradford)I went in to speak about weight management. I arrived at 8:30am and the lady at the front desk was prompt and friendly. My name was called at 9am. My vitals were done by a very friendly MA. I waited in the room until Dr. Bradford came in at 9:22am. She sat down and asked me what i was there for so i explained my concerns about my weight gain in the last year (as i mentioned at my first appointment about 9months ago that she never addressed at that appointment because i was there for anxiety instead.) After me going through EVERYTHING that i have tried to lose weight, she tells me that my body is in starvation mode and that a body cannot lose weight with vegetables. WOW! So i asked her, so there is nothing that you can help me with? and she did the "dead" signal with her hands "i will not prescribe you anything". Not that i had asked. I was asking for help in this process. So after her rude and uncalled for comment, i walked out. This doctor has NO bedside manner and no compassion to the things that require a gentle approach on. I walked out of the office at 9:30am.

Review is for the Labcorp office at this location only. Was my first time going to this LabCorp location. I won't ever go back. I can't believe this place is ran the way it is. Not professional at all. The staff all seem angry and unhappy. Not one friendly person. Was like a contest who can be the rudest. Was very strange. Most of the customers are elderly and I felt so horrible for them to be exposed to this staff.

The Governor's Square facility could use a course in customer service/personnel service. The receptionist asked for for my husband's driver's license. He complied. Then I asked "do you need mine?" She replied, "no, I would have asked." We have appointments scheduled for next year, but I dread going to this facility because it isn't patient friendly. The place makes me uncomfortable. Dr. Included. This is the Eye center.
