Very fast turnaround time for my optical situation. Very patient and understanding I break or order a new pair of lens every months. Great selection at low price. Wonderfully located in downtown area. Decent hours and almost no wait time.

Great experience, excellent customer service. I received my new lenses in less than a week and paid much less than I did at sears last year. Eye-I-Deals gave me better lenses for cheaper than Sears' "high end." They were prompt and friendly and do great quality work.

I was leaving for a trip and they offered to make my glasses while I waited. They were done in 15 minutes. Fast and helpful. (6 years ago) thanks for the free nose cushion! i saw the same guy that made my glasses, but he was 6 years older. :) (today, 2017-06-28)

I was a previous customer of this office, and was very please with my experience, up until today. In the past I had no vision insurance, yet have still purchased several pairs of glasses from them in the last few years at my own cost without any complaints. This time when I called to schedule an appointment I asked if they had anytime Monday "around 1-2ish available" and she quickly responded they were closed then, to which I asked her what other times were available. The lady then asked if I had insurance and I told her yes, since I do now, and she asked what type. When I told her she snapped back that "we don't accept that insurance". It seems like I was nothing but a burden for calling and asking for an appointment, or as if she was looking for reasons why I couldn't be seen. Their website even stated "If you have an insurance we do not normally take, we will fill out and submit the necessary forms for you." Displeased is an understatement, and I will not be returning.

Dr. Detwiler and her team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and really take the time to get to know their patients. I would never trust my eyes to anyone else! They provide so many valuable services without taking up too much time or money, and all done with a smile. The best in Tally for sure!!

The best eye doctor I have ever had. Dr Detwiler has a great sense of humor and I always leave with a smile. I look forward to my visit each year.

Awesome. Sat on my glasses, frame was a wreck. 5 minutes in there and it feels brand new. Was so pleased was willing to pay but it's no charge.
