Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! They were able to get us in same-day, the appointment ran exactly on time, and everyone was so friendly and professional. The first woman we interacted with (I think Kristin?) was amazing at her job, juggling phones, joking with patients, performing the wellness exam, and carefully explaining each aspect of the process. Dr. Sanchez was also excellent. I appreciated the efficiency and care of everyone there. Will definitely be going back!

From the time I called in about an appointment and spoke with Kristin (who was/is incredibly kind, patient, professional and helpful), to meting with Dr. Sanchez (who was also very kind and helpful), to meeting with the colleague who met with me to have my new lenses placed in my glasses, this eye care office was amazing!

Dr. Alberto Sanchez is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Even though this was only my second eye exam ever, it was by far my favorite. He took the time to consider not only my eyesight but also my personal life and daily activities, showing me how I could benefit from having both regular prescription glasses and computer glasses. He was also very thorough in explaining how different diseases or conditions can affect vision, which showed just how knowledgeable he is.
The exam itself was quick and efficient, and the conversation felt natural and helpful. He asked all the right questions, and the entire appointment was smooth from start to finish.
The staff was also wonderful. The receptionist/ assistant, who also performed the initial eye tests (like focusing on the balloon, the air puff test, and the retinal imaging), was very knowledgeable and kind. She even managed to fit me in after an appointment mistake, which I really appreciated.
If given the chance, I would absolutely return to Dr. Sanchez and his team without hesitation.

They are right in Costco, which makes it convenient, but I would use them anyway. The staff are terrific and Dr. Sanchez takes the time to make sure your exam covers any problems you may have, while being friendly and considerate. Their eye camera is quick and easy and you don't need to be dilated unless there is a problem the camera finds.
I recommend them very highly, with or without a Costco membership.
