I had never done tele-optometry before and was a bit apprehensive. Nonetheless, the staff on site were incredibly helpful and competent. Dr. Kevin Dixon was fantastic. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was very happy with his work evaluating my eyesight. I would definitely recommend him and also the technician who took all the tests on site.

I was a bit hesitant at first about an eye exam conducted remotely but it was one of the best experiences ever. The machines made me feel more confident in the accuracy of each step instead of being worn out by the sheer number of decisions you have to make in a regular visit. I was also very happy with both Dr. Tran and Dina, the assistant on site; they both made me feel extremely comfortable with the whole process. I'd do this again for sure!

I went in for a recheck after a trial of contacts. There was one person being helped when I arrived and was told by the clerk someone would check me in as they took the client back for their exam. I sat for 45 minutes waiting for someone to even check me in. After the 45 minutes waiting a clerk did ask what I was there for and when I explained they said they would text the Dr and see if they would approve and finalize my Rx. The Dr did indeed so that was great but I was told I needed to come in for a recheck and I drove across town and waited 45 minutes to just be handed my Rx. This could've been done without me coming in.
