John was awesome! I booked a very last-minute appointment, and even though he had told his staff not to come in, he still took care of everything, from helping me pick out my glasses to giving me his honest opinion on how they looked. I really appreciated it! I will definitely keep coming back!

I was absolutely blown away at how patient and professional John (optometrist) and Will (associate) were as well as the female co-associate (couldn't recall her name) conducted themselves! My daughters were likewise pleasantly surprised at how wonderful of an experience we had at their appointments.
In the past, we went to "myeye dr" off of Timberlane and felt very undervalued as patients as though we were another number and/or face in a sea of people. NOT HERE! John took special care and time to properly and thoroughly examine my daughter's eyes and promptly addressed any cares/concerns that he had as well as my own! What is more incredible is that my girls were very comfortable here with this very underrated, small, loyal and compassionate team of eye care professionals. We left very satisfied, impressed and grateful. THANK YOU!

Would not go back to this target optical - tech has no customer service skills. When questioned about the air in eyes and why she didn't tell me ahead of time, she said people wouldn't keep their eyes open so she doesn't tell them. She also didn't advise if extra charges for tests, I didn't find out until I went to pay my co pay and it was 4x the price I was expecting to pay. She said my insurance should have told me. How does my insurance know what tests they are going to run. She had ZERO communication with me except move to this machine, move to that machine, etc. The eye dr is virtual because there are not enough optometrists in the world today.

Oh my goodness. I love it here! I will only be coming here for my eye exams/contacts from now on. I totally understand why there is such a long wait to get an appointment. I will say, I scheduled my appointment towards the end of May and the only available time they had was for mid August. I received a call a week and a half after I set up the appointment and they had an opening for the beginning of June! To say the least, I jumped at that opportunity and I am so glad I did! The men up front are a HOOT, they are very personable and friendly. Mark helped me out with my contact order and he was amazing. I wish I caught the technicians' names in the back but they were the sweetest! They both had awesome "bedside manner" for lack of a better term. I didn't purchase a pair of glasses from them but it looked like they had great prices for really nice name brands so if I'm ever in the market for a new pair, I know where I'll be going!!
