I had a great experience at MyEyeDr. We initially only had an appointment scheduled for my son, but due to a last-minute cancellation, they were able to fit me in as well, which I really appreciated. The staff took the time to thoroughly explain my insurance benefits and premium options in a clear and helpful way. The doctor was extremely personable and made the exam comfortable and easy. The technicians who assisted with choosing glasses were also very helpful and offered styling input. Overall, it was a smooth, professional, and positive experience from start to finish.

It was more of a fun visit with Jack, Angel, Ms Collette and Dr Aubrey. From check-in, exam room to selecting glasses, everyone is super kind and professional at what they do. My husband and I were ushered where to go, instructions were clear and no time wasted waiting considering there were other people in the clinic. Their team system works well, Dr Aubrey is the nicest, her crew happily doing their job and the glasses are affordable!

Always a great experience. Dr Lyons is very thorough and explains everything in detail. Colette is awesome! She found perfect frames for my new prescription. I highly recommend this office for eye care.

This office is amazing. Dr Lyons and the staff are all very welcoming and make it feel like a local practice instead of a larger commercial practice you get at other places. They truly take the time to listen to what you need and concerns you may have, instead of just viewing you as a stat for the day like some places feel.

I always enjoy my visit when I go into my eye doctor. Everyone from the receptionist, Dr, to the Eyeglasses specialist is so helpful. They are punctual and always eager to make sure that I get the best deal and make sure that my eyes are healthy and well. I highly recommend this place.

I am not going to this one on Micosukee. I had broken glasses ( the frame was bent beyond repair) and they only gave me the frame and my warranty covers the entire glasses. I asked about what if my lenses are damaged will i still be given my warranty value that includes the lenses, he didn't know. I have gotten my glasses replaced for me and my children in the past at the Lafayette location and they have always told us if anything breaks to bring in the glasses and per your warranty( that I paid for) in will be covered and they at that location have honored that request. I just got these glasses and what if my lenses scratch or get lost without the frame they came with. I rather just my new glasses and return the old one or have paid for a chaper warranty that only covers frames if i knoew they were only replacing the frames. They just lost 4 customers.

Solid customer service and excellent care! Jack especially is very through and easy to work with!! Highly recommend this business!
