I had an excellent experience with Dr. Erin Neal and her entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the technicians were thorough and explained each step clearly, and Dr. Neal took the time to answer all of my questions without making the appointment feel rushed. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran on schedule, which I really appreciated. I felt genuinely well cared for throughout the visit and would highly recommend Dr. Erin Neal and her practice to anyone looking for quality eye care.

The eyeglasses are functioning well, and the location is very convenient to where I work and live. While the staff has always been friendly, there is a glaring deficiency that I must post. Neither the staff nor the display materials reflect the diversity of America--or of Tallahassee. Across my three visits, I have seen one other patient of color. I raised this issue weeks ago with the personnel. On today, the chocolate kisses and cookies, other than myself were the only representation of color. Given this, it would seem appropriate for the display items to include images of Black and Brown individuals. The absence of such representation gives me pause as I consider where to make my next purchase.

Amazing experience and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr.Neal spent time answering all my questions and ensuring my prescription was correct. Katelyn was very efficient and put me at ease through the tests through engaging conversation. Wendy made me feel special as she helped me pick out the perfect frames. Highly recommend!!

Very nice professional staff. The doctor spent a great deal of time with me. The staff showed me ways to save. They also do a non Invasive upper and lower lid loose skin procedure I want to save for. Check them out. I was fitted for contacts and I am excited to try them again. They have a nice selection of frames as well.

I deviated from my normal eye doctor to try this place yesterday because my son really liked it when he went. The office is super cute, very nice decor and currently boasts adorable Christmas decorations because it's the holiday season. Staff was fantastic, Lindsay did a very thorough job with the initial exam and then the doctor explained some things that my previous doctor has missed, mostly due to being only virtual at this time. She even discovered that the prescription that was in my current glasses that I ordered from an online glasses company, was incorrect and did not even match the actual prescription on file. Bryan was super helpful and patient during the painstaking process of picking frames lol. He offered wonderful suggestions, and helped me decide on a pair much faster than I usually do. He thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles that went with the lenses that I chose, and since it was an expensive purchase, they were perfectly fine with me coming in to pay for them on payday. Can't wait to go back when it's time for contacts as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly doctor, as well as the staff. Trust me, do it! And they accepted my Humana vision insurance through the State of Florida.

Dr Neal is awesome! She really pays attention to your answers and cares about the overall outcome. Her staff are great. Bryan, the optician helped me make decisions based on my over all budget and getting the most benefit out of my new glasses. I'm excited to see the results but I am pretty confident everything will be great. This is my second time using Tally Eyeglassery.

I would recommend everyone to visit Tally Eyeglassery. The office building was convenient to get to and the decor was uplifting especially with 80's music playing that will get you in a good mood. The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the new equipment to check your eyes without having to have your eyes dilated and not able to see well for a couple hours that was the only thing I was dreading and it made my day with the new technology without the use of those dilation drops. And as for the experience with ordering glasses Amanda has a great personality and went above and beyond to help me decide on a pair of glasses that suited my face. Her suggestions were excellent. Can't wait for my new glasses to arrive! Thank you.

I was rushing to make my eye glass appointment and didn't even have time for coffee -- but as soon as I got there, the whole experience felt calm and spa-like. The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and they even offered me coffee! The appointment was quick, smooth, and so convenient. I left feeling refreshed and actually enjoyed shopping for new frames. Such a pleasing experience from start to finish!
