I wasn't a prior customer, but Sofia fixed my glasses in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me a thing! She was so awesome! I will now be a regular customer and have told several people about them already!

Everything was perfect. Dr. Ruzicka took the time to take a high resolution picture of my macula which I really appreciate. She was extremely accurate in fitting my new prescription for my contact lens. Jen and the rest of the team took great care of me as always. Thank you so much. I'm very happy and I'm seeing clear!

My experience from the time I entered the establishment to my exit was nice. The environment was clean and welcoming. The tech was helpful and patient. He answered all my questions with ease and helped to get the best deal in accordance with my benefits.

I have purchased many pair of glasses over the years at Visionworks and have always been satisfied. The staff is very friendly. The prices are super competitive and they often send me coupons for 60% off two pair of glasses, which makes them so much less expensive than any other place I've been

I am totally impressed with the staff of Visionworks. This morning was the second time I visited them for a minor repair of my glasses. I was helped immediately by a friendly and cheerful staff. When I wanted to pay the bill, there were no charges. Bravo!

. After filling out the online registration, I had someone from the office call telling me they need my information and they had to have it first before my appointment. Message had some serious attitude, I missed the call called back 5 min later just to be told they had my information, ok fine. Day of appointment, I get a call and was told again they didn't have my information, I told her about the earlier call about my information, was then told again o we do have it. Now, at the appointment, I check in 5 min early and was told they are running a little behind. Ok no worries, 35 min later a patient comes out of a room in the back and asked what's taking so long? I asked how long it would be, I was on lunch. I was told there was still one person in the lobby ahead of me and 2 in the back. A few minutes later was offered a refund due to the unknown length of the delay ( absolutely the only positive thing about this visit ). Definitely a waste of time, should have known the out come of the visit before I even went, with how well the office staff did their part. What a waste of time and effort. Not going back.

Awesome experience with the staff. Great selection of frames and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!
