Walmart Vision & Glasses

The staff were very patient and kind to my 2yo and problem solved and tried several methods to get a usable measurement to make his lenses. He has a bad eye which was not responsive to their tool so it took a lot of effort. They explained everything to me thoroughly and spoke kindly to my son. The process was professional and the lenses were made quickly. I will return to this location.

The entire staff was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. I felt really comfortable and well-attended to. I recently lost my glasses, and came in today for an eye exam to get new ones and it was a great experience on all terms.

Amazing staff and fitted my glasses perfectly. Although there were some complications at first, Dr. Larry (I think that was his name, he wore large frames and had a white beard) worked with me to find and solve the issue with excellent customer service. I 100% recommend this place!

I've been getting my eyes checked for YEARS!! 25 to be exact. This was by far the best visit I have ever had. The receptionist is an angel and so very sweet and the other staff members were ready to assist as well. The DO WAS FANTASTIC! She made me feel confident about my vision and even found some contacts I could go home with and that was a first. Kudos to this Walmart Vision Center for being exceptionally perfect. Definitely recommend

I am sorry to leave this review, the Doctor was Great, his assistant was great, the receptionist was great, I had wonderful treatment until it came to the apprentice optometrist. Her name was Lorna. I had picked out frames for $28 or so, which fit wonderfully and I said "these fit great" and she went "nope these are too big, they don't work for you here have these" puts on a pair that was $58 dollars or so. and I flat out said "these are too tight" to which she replied "nope they fit perfectly" with an attitude, shocked she didn't tell me to shut up. Then when I said I just want my prescription, basic nothing special, she kept fighting with us, trying to upcharge us to almost $300 for a pair of glasses with base prescriptions, and when we said "we don't mind the thicker heavier glasses" she kept on going "NOPE YOU NEED THE THIN LENSES" which added $100 to the price tag as is, opposed to $150 for the heavier lenses, we were looking around $250. Mean while while I'm explaining I want the cheaper option, she proceeds to take my glasses, which all the other members of this place took care with seeing they were held together with electrical tape, and falling apart, and for NO DISCERNABLE REASON, other then to explain, again this coating, ON THE GLASSES WHICH WE KNEW WAS THERE, removed the lenses, and couldn't get them back into place. Then when we got fed up and started yessing her to death, her computer crashed and rebooted. The woman she was shadowing, I assume, Giatti, comes over and tells her to switch computers, but she persists, and proceeds to reboot her computer, struggle and fight with the machine, and then keeps giving us different prices for the glasses every two seconds. On my broken pair I have transition lenses, and I told her no, I don't want them anymore. And she kept trying to sell me them, over and over, and over, after I said "no" to her. She wouldn't listen to what her patient wanted and their needs, and treated me and my mom like an idiot. I took my Prescription, and for the exact same cost, got 2 pairs of glasses, 1 with transitions, but besides that, exactly the same as 1 pair they wanted to sell me at Walmart, with all the specialties. Total Rip off.

My husband really enjoyed his experience at this eye store when getting his glasses. He can see really good now. Cherry on top was a back rub that they gave him. He'll definitely be back.

DO NOT GET YOUR EYE EXAMS DONE HERE. I moved here recently and decided to go to Walmart for my eye exam. They took advantage of me as a young person. Gave me the run around. Ignored my concerns. Charged my insurance and never sent me contacts. Took months to finally get things right with my insurance again. Don't give them your money or business. Terrible experience.

You guys absolutely did not meet my eye care needs, I was told there was no copay from your receptionist multiple times, and ot was not explained that there were MULTIPLE copays, and only ONE (thr actual contacts) was zero. I called VSP and they advised that the receptionist or whomever I spoke too was mistaken. So if I can't trust them with just my insurance info how can I trust you with my eyecare, one of the most important aspects of my life? My experience was horrific and I will not recommend ANYONE to see your office after the washing machine I've gone through. I understand you're one of the more inexpensive providers out there, but not having educated employees about who and what insurance you take is no excuse.
