I had my prescription from my doctor back home and came here for the frames and lenses. Although they kept readjusting my glasses, there were unable to fit them properly (the OC height was always a bit off). Luckily they refunded my money each time but it did take several visits before I went to another vision center. The customer service was also friendly and understanding each time.

Husband and I had an appointment and was told to wear masks. We were happy to do that because we're both high risk for the virus. When we got there, people w/o appointments were running around looking at frames and none had on masks! Only the staff and us were wearing them! We had to leave! We were expecting to spend 500-600 dollars but they don't need our business!

2 weeks ago had eyes examined and she wrote a prescription that was too strong for my eyes. The tech told me give it a week or two for my eyes to adjust to the new medicine LOL. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy my new glasses I paid over $400.00 for and had to make another appointment to have eyes examined again. THANK GOD it was an older gentlemen who's been doing this for over 30years it took him 20 mins. And he said she wrote the prescription too strong so they took my new glasses back to make it right and now it's been almost a month after paying over 400.00 before I hopefully will receive the right medicine. Will be going to another doctor and office in a year even if it costs more. It's true when they said the SERVICE has gotten a lot worse.
