I had such a wonderful experience at America's Best on North Dale Mabry, and it's all because of Emily and Christina! Emily was amazing from the moment I walked in. She made checking in for my appointment quick, easy, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and wants everything to run smoothly. Christina made the entire visit feel effortless. Our conversation flowed so naturally, and she has such a warm, friendly personality that immediately puts you at ease. She made what could have been a routine appointment feel personal and enjoyable. Dr.Fischer was okay but I know what to expect with him (for better or for worse) I truly love coming to the North Dale Mabry location because of these two. They are such an asset to the team, and they absolutely deserve recognition! Highly recommend this location you'll be in great hands!

This is a great location with a friendly staff, the most beautiful frames and great prices. Carla did a great job give me the time and Information I need to make a selection, really sweet staff Carla and the location manager when the extra mile to find the Frame I waned after we thought someone else had taken the frame I had my eye on. Terrible Service America's Best on North Dale Mabry Avenue I recently had a very frustrating experience with America's Best on North Dale Mabry Avenue, and I want to share it to hopefully help others. I had a 9:30 AM appointment and was contacted the day before because THEIR system showed my insurance as inactive--dating all the way back to early 2020s. I immediately took steps to confirm my coverage: I contacted my insurance carrier, checked with my employer, and verified everything through my insurance app. Everything was indeed active and up-to-date. However, about 10 minutes before my appointment, I got another call from them saying their system still showed my insurance as inactive. Despite me explaining that I had all the proof and would be bringing it in person, the customer service agent kept insisting on what their system showed. It turned into a back-and-forth instead of them trusting the documentation I had in hand. In the end, I had to cancel the appointment, losing the time I took off from work specifically for this visit. Now I have to start over and find another place that won't have the same issue. Overall, this could have been resolved with a little more flexibility and understanding from the staff. It seems like their system might be outdated and needs updating, but more importantly, a bit of customer care would have gone a long way. I hope they improve their approach for future customers.

From the optometrist to the final pickup I was treated like I was the only one here. They tracked a specific frame down for me that was no longer available at this location. Under promised my pickup date and over delivered my glasses a week earlier! Everything fits and I can see better again!! Highly recommend..

Jared is awesome! He spent dedicated time replacing my nose pads for BOTH of my pairs of glasses. Truly made my visit worth it and I'm so grateful for his assistance! I live over 30 minutes away, but from his service alone, I'll gladly make the visit to this location again!

Dr Jeffrey Fisher was rude and incompetent. I have worn and been prescribed glasses for YEARS, he spent less than 5 minutes with me when I told him I am struggling to see, showed me two sets of letters, I told him they are still very blurry but I read them, and he told me I didn't need a prescription. I rebutted in multiple ways, because I came to take care of my eyes, he had no thought or care to fix my issue what so ever. First and last time I will ever come here and he is a terrible doctor. I am going elsewhere for another exam where they actually care about helping me. Staff were also rude. Waste of time and money.

I got my contacts and glasses here and service is amazing and very nice. Very helpful I definitely recommend. Got my contacts & glasses less than 2 weeks.
