Andrea & Dr. Tamara were so friendly and welcoming. My husband and I had switched over from another Lenscrafters location and doctors office and this experience was a complete delight. We did not feel rushed, the doctor heard our concerns, explained our options on contacts, and did not push any particular product or dismiss anything we said. It was honestly a great experience! The exam and independent doctor staff was great, however, when my 18-year-old daughter was picking out glasses, the optician who "helped" her with finalizing frames and lenses took complete advantage of her. He recommended the most expensive option outside of our insurance for her glasses, and suggested that if we did not take those options, she would not be able to keep her lenses, clean or see out of them. It felt very dishonest, and because of the way, he was pushing us, I had zero credibility in his advice and any recommendations he made.
