Upon coming in. I was greeted with the three most beautiful assistants. They asked about my previous visits and correct any missing information in my history. They performed the task with diligence and professionalism, i was very happy and comfortable the whole time. I then was greeted by the most handsome doctor i have ever seen in my life. He took over and reviewed the work of one of the assistants that worked one me. He was very informative and enthusiastic. He answered all the question i had and his assistant wanted to know more about. Overall, an amazing experience and visit.

Can we get some together people at the front desk. Clueless from phone call saying my contacts were in and DAILY calls with no answer to set up picking up my lens. Made an appt in line again and received call that wasn't a contact fitting appointment. I've wore lens for 40 plus years!! I called today since my contact lens fitting appt was today and they told me I was nowhere in calendar! I then said I'd like my contacts I paid for please. The Dr. says he can fit me in, they place in room to put contacts in and leave me there....Dr comes in and makes me feel like I'm not suppose to be in there and to wait outside where there are no chairs. I'm going to give it 10 minutes and I'm done!! Doctor has ZERO personality! Strangest eye exam I've ever had over the years! Get it together folks! Came here after years at another LensCrafters and not pleased with service and ended up here

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Morrow, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the start. I was able to ask them and Dr. Morrow plenty of questions about my vision, and they all took the time to provide detailed explanations. Dr. Morrow clearly outlined what we would do to update my prescription and what to watch for in the future. I left feeling well-informed and confident in my eye care. I look forward to returning for my next exam!
