I went for my annual eye exam and am very impressed with the service here. The doctor and staff are very efficient and personable. Raul was absolutely amazing! So kind and communicated so clearly and enthusiastically. Everyone there was great though too. I saw Dr Malone and she was fabulous. Talked me through everything and didn't try to get me to get the extras that I didn't need. I have had experiences where my sight was fine, maybe a hair off and I didn't need glasses but someone attempted to sell me on progressive this, transition that.
Dr Malone originally thought progressives for me, but after she did my in-depth eye exam, she downgraded and said I only needed readers. I'm in my early 40s and have never had eye issues, but lately my eyes are tired and things are a bit blurry, but not terrible. I felt like I was well taken care of at this pearle vision!

My wife and I stopped in to get our eyes examined. The three ladies who assisted us were awesome. They answered any questions we had. They were fun and provided amazing customer service. Even though this was out of the way for my wife and I (we live in Saint Pete the office is in Tampa) we will be returning here each year to get our eyes examined.
