Very clean place. The staff is very nice, and they try to keep it moving so you don't have to wait too long. They have a variety of affordable glasses available. I have been coming here for about 2 years, and I have had consistently good experiences.

This place was amazing before they change its name to Clarkson Eyecare. They have an amazing front desk employees and an amazing doctor called Dr. Cook. But when it comes to sales be prepared to the worst experience I've ever had in my life. We just need your money. We will make promises that we will never keep. We'll change all the ETAs after you pay and this is what we have. When it comes to a non-qualified sales agent (like the one that was helping me) they will pull them back and send so meone else to tell you that everything you're saying is wrong. Remember guys I started this when your rating was 4.1 Bottom line: take your prescription and run away

I think I was taken back around 20 minutes after my appointment time. The assistant (I'm not sure of her actual title) was very friendly. The doctor was very friendly as well and did not rush me through the exam. All of the employees I encountered seemed genuinely nice. My appointment was for 1p, and I was there 12:45p-2:30p for an eye exam and to pick out glasses. I wish the office hours were a bit more accommodating, but I would recommend them.

Sonia did a fantastic job fitting my 80 year old dad for his new glasses. Super sweet and very patient!

Dr. Carlson and his assistant were very nice and informative. And Michelle - the manager - helped us with picking out our glasses. She was superb! She was helpful and patient as my husband and I took awhile to pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I'm very pleased they were able to work with my insurance and get some stylish frames in our budget.

I had my first eye appointment in early September. I asked how long the wait would be and took off work accordingly when I was told it was 20-30 minutes. An hour into my wait, I had to leave and reschedule. I noticed several other reviews complained about the wait time, so the next appointment when I had to wait that long at least I wasn't surprised, but you shouldn't have to wait that long if an appointment is scheduled. The staff is nice, but have no idea what's going on. They have my chart in their hand, but I've had to correct them as they lead me into the wrong kind of testing room or tell them I wasn't getting glasses and so on. I had three trials of contact lenses, but at no point did they ever have them in stock which caused a lot of delays between trials. I've been specifically directed to come in and get a new pair, only to have to come back because they have one eye and not the other. It is now almost November and I've made SEVEN trips to this place which is WAY too much of an investment of my time to end up without decent contacts or glasses. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I didn't have to wait for more than 5 minutes before being taken back. I saw the Doctor a few minutes later. My entire appointment, everyone l came into contact with that worked there was very friendly and courteous. The Doctor was very nice he took his time examining my eyes before making a diagnosis and giving me a referral. Everyone was very professional, I would definitely recommend this Doctor..

My wife and I have been patients at Central Florida Eye Care for over 5 years. we are very happy with the service and the staff are very professional. Dr. Carlson is so pleasant to speak with and takes his time during the exam and gets to know his patients. Since knowing him, I have not met any Dr. like him who is pleasant and caring. I enjoy coming to his facility of business because everyone here treats us as if we were family.
