Christine Chen & Associates, OD, PA

I had an eye exam at this office a few weeks ago and was given my prescription without any issues. Recently, I returned to request my PD (pupillary distance) because I need to order safety glasses for work. To my surprise, I was told they could not provide that information and that I would need to get it from wherever I was purchasing the glasses. I find this unprofessional and very disappointing. As a patient, I believe I have the right to receive all the measurements from my eye exam. It feels like they only want to provide certain information if you purchase glasses directly from them. Now I have a prescription that I cannot fully use because they refuse to provide a basic measurement needed to order glasses on my own. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place.

Dr. Christine Chen is an absolute GEM....the true epitome of a doctor. Her professionalism, medical knowledge, bedside-manner, transparency reign supreme. Her associates are also outstanding; Marilynn assisted me and my husband yesterday with our eyewear selections....always helpful & delightful. The medical profession is lucky to have all of you on their team..

Dr Chen was the best eye doctor I've been to by far! Not only was she extremely nice, she also explained issues to me in a very easy to understand way, and helped me figure out why my previous eye doctor visits hadn't given me helpful prescriptions. I definitely would recommend, especially if you've had problems with incorrect lens prescriptions in the past!

I've been seeing Dr. Chen for my yearly optical checkup for about five years now & I couldn't be happier. She's incredibly knowledgeable, has great service and staff, and I've never had any issues with communication, wait time, anything like that. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her practice!

Absolutely wonderful. Dr. Chen is a 20 Out of 10! She takes the time to explain every procedure performed. You never feel rushed. She is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend her for your optical needs! A few years ago she spotted a developing glaucoma issue and got me on the path to getting that condition under control.

Dr. HONEYBLUE is awesome and very professional. I have been going to her for 2yrs she is great at what she does. Jane ans billy in the front are so helpful and really do a great job helping you get the most out of your experience. Easy and quick to bavigate

Dr. Chen does a great job taking her time and answering all your questions and explaining the results of your tests. The price was reasonable and her office was responsive when I needed a detailed receipt for my FSA.

Great experience. The doctor was very patient and explained my eye images in a way that was easy to understand. Super informative, helpful, and answered all my questions without rushing. Highly recommend.
