I'm very pleased with the care I have been receiving at Dr. Findlay's office - Dr. Findlay is very knowledgeable, compassionate and has a great bedside manner. She also takes her time to answer all my questions and concerns. Her staff is caring and friendly, and the facility is clean and inviting. I highly recommend Dr. Findlay and her staff for your ophthalmology care!

Although Dr. Findlay was excellent at her work, she has the personality of a dead fish, as well as her assistant, whoever she was. I recommend her for her talent, NOT her lack of social graces. Only at the end of her exam did she give me any prognosis, but I certainly didn't feel as if my visit was exceptional. The front desk was great though.

Truthfully I would give Dr. Findlay 10 stars. I have a rare eye disease called in short (Birdshot). We moved here from Idaho, and I couldn't find a Retinal Specialist that did or even knew about the treatment I needed. She is amazing. She knows her field. I'm so thankful that I found her. If you are in need of a Retinal Specialist look know feature. And her staff is the greatest. Everyone of them are amazing and will go over and above to help you. Thanks so much Sandy Dover

Everyone in this office was a pleasure to interact with. Friendly greeting at reception. The technicians explained all procedures thoroughly. Dr. Findlay was informative & professional. I enjoy my appointments at this office. They explain what is happening & answer any questions that I may have.

The experience itself was fine. I got my third interocular injection for AMD but the aftermath was really bloody this time. And, today, 5 days later, my eyeball is still bright red over half of it. Very disturbing to anyone who looks at me, especially by husband. The tech said it would resolve in a few days but it's not doing it so fast this time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Billiris - Findlay for several years, and cannot say enough wonderful things about her & her staff. From the moment you enter her office, you are treated as if you are her only patient. The office is immaculate & welcoming, and the whole staff is top-notch. Barbara & Gloria at the front desk, along with technicians Judy, Tanja & Devon, are all extremely proficient, kind and courteous. Dr. Findlay is an excellent doctor. She is warm, compassionate, friendly, and professional. I can honestly say that I have never received a more thorough exam, or felt more comfortable visiting a doctor. Her patience and willingness to answer questions is so reassuring. Dr. Findlay has a wealth of knowledge & experience, and her techniques & procedures are state-of-the-art. I absolutely recommend Dr. Billiris - Findlay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
