I am very unhappy with the service I have received from the New Tampa location. Dr Teske came very highly recommended, but everything else about this process has been an epic headache. "New systems and hurricanes" aside, I have never been able to get a hold of anyone at that location, and I am STILL waiting on a call back for multiple requests. If they are too busy to answer the phone or respond to messages, they need to let other locations or this call center that I keep getting forward to know basic information.
