Dr. Scott Pautler

After nearly two and a half years as a patient, I can still say that Dr. Pautler and his entire staff continue to provide outstanding service. He has the most well run Dr's office I've ever visited. He and his entire staff are absolutely top-notch! They are consistently very timely and thorough in examining my issue and carefully explaining everything they are doing. I feel very safe and comfortable in their office and with all the staff. Dr. Pautler answers all my questions with patience clarity and provides timely information to my eye doctor and primary care doctor. He manages to provide these injections in such a way that I barely feel them, bordering on miraculous!

I always feel in good hands with my eye health with Dr. Pautler's He is kind , intelligent & I-never feel rushed as he takes the time to answer my questions and inform me of my options. He has a great staff and his office is clean & nicely decorated making for a comfortable environment. I would highly recommend him for your Retinal eye care.

As usual, everything was outstanding, just like all my visits in the last 2 years. I think that the front office staff, technicians and telephone answerers all take their lead from the outstanding leadership of Dr. Pautler. They are joyful, eager to help or to explain, and to mike the visit pleasant. And Dr. Pautler's medical care has been understanding, compassionate, thorough, professional and, importantly, successful for my difficult disease process. Everything considered, it is the best professional and clinical office I have engaged in all my adulthood. God bless them all.

Dr. Scott Pautler and staff were fantastic. Even before I came for appointment, the receptionist was very warm and helpful when making the appointment over the phone. Upon arrival the office staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. As I talked with the technician, he was very professional and also very reassuring. He answered my questions and helped me feel comfortable. Dr. Pautler was so wonderful. From the moment he walked in until the appointment was over, he was professional, courteous, and just helped relieve any concerns and stress associated with them. He talked with me about my condition. As he did the exam, he explained to me what he was doing, always encouraging me while he did my eye exam. I always felt very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Pautler is very professional answering all my questions, educating me on my condition, taking as much time as needed with me so I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Pautler gave me printouts on my condition and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Pautler at Retina Vitreous Aoociates of Florida.

I was told that Dr. Pautler was the best retina specialist in the area and he has certainly lived up to his reputation based upon my visits. In addition, the office is extremely well run. Everyone I came in contact with, from the receptionist to the support staff who performed the preliminary evaluations, were extremely competent and personable. I felt extremely well cared for here.

I saw excellence throughout the visit. All of the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Dr. Pautler treated my wife and I with respect, was gentle, reassuring, and thoroughtly explained what would correct the problem at hand. We love the personal one on one experience we receive from Dr. Scott Pautler and his staff from the time we walk in to the time we leave, The examinations are thorough, painless, and very professional. Dr. Pautler carefully explains what he does and is very patient as well. Our family has come to both of his offices located on St. Isabel and the one off of 56th Street for almost 6 years and we highly recommend this group in its entirety!

I suffer from several serious eye problems and have met many eye doctors. Dr. Pautler is absolutely the best retinal doctor I have met. He is extremely knowledgeable and precise, yet has a very pleasant bed-side manner with his anxious patients. He takes the time to explain every detail and answer every question. His staff is phenomenal, as well. Getting to his office is a bit of a hike, but it is a first-class facility in every way. I give Dr. Pautler my strongest recommendation.
