Went in to see if the Dr associate could take a look at my contact to see if it was chipped or scratched since it was bothering my eye. Told I needed an appt. Ok so. Came back later that day n was told it was considered a medical appointment n that I would NOT be able to see the Dr. would have to come back again. Well what good is that? Decided to leave n told the gentleman upfront that all I was looking to do was have my contact checked out. Was leaving town the next day. He said oh I can do that. So all the fuss n aggravation over a"medical emergency" Hardly n emergency !!!The staff is always different n when I walked in they were more interested in their paper work than addressing a patient. Also, Last year when I was there they charged me extra to adjust my contacts! To see if they fit properly isn't that part of seeing the doctor in the first place??????
