Dr. Austin is incredible. Was greeted as soon as I arrived. Staff was working very hard from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out but didn't make me feel rushed nor uncomfortable even though THEY were super busy. Leila took care of me before Dr. Austin and did a wonderful job. Was polite. Respectful and very personable. As for Dr. Austin, he was beyond sharp and knowledgeable. Truly the best eye app I've ever had

We have been seeing Dr. Austin for 3 years now and are always pleased with his professionalism and expertise. He always takes his time to address any concerns or questions we may have. Our son wanted to try contacts for the first time and Dr. Austin and his staff were very attentive and helpful during his first fitting. I suggest this office to all my family and friends :)

Love my Dr. He is so kind and he loves what he does. His staff is very nice too. They don't take my ins anymore, but I paid for my exam cause I like the way he takes care of me. I recommend him to anyone that wants a good and caring Dr. Dr. Austin is the best.

Everyone was very helpful. I took my son for an appointment to get contact lenses for the first time. Dr. Austin was very informative and the staff was patient while he got the hang of putting in and taking the contacts. We went to Dr. Palmisano before and loved him for the same reason. Dr. Austin has picked up right where he left off.

I felt like I was on one of those prank shows. It has now been 2 months since my first appointment, I have had to make FOUR visits to this location and I still do not even have a pair of trial contact lens. The first time they didn't have my lens so I had to come back a second time. My second time, the prescription was wrong. I had to wait a month because the new prescription was on back order. They never bothered to call to tell me this - I just had to keep calling to follow up. My third time they called me to say my trials were in and come pick them up but when I arrived they said they could not release them to me because I didn't have an appointment (did not bother to tell me this on the phone). My fourth time (2 months after my first visit) the prescription was still wrong. I'm 8 months pregnant, this is just down right mean at this point.

We have been coming to see Dr. Austin for 3 years. All 3 of my kids love him. He does a complete and thorough exam. He is great with the kids and the parents. We request him everytime we make an appt. We will continue to see Dr. Austin for many years. He is amazing. Thank you Dr. Austin.

Dr. Austin took time to patiently explain the images taken and advise on the kind of glasses to use. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Clinic and equipments were maintained clean and staff were friendly too.
