Haven't had any negative experiences with this Ophthalmology practice, would recommend

I love going to this office. The doctors and techs take such good care of me and really know their stuff. And the front office staff is always helpful and polite to me. The office manager is doing a great job at keeping things flowing smoothly. The glasses selection is all new fashion and high quality eyewear.

I wore glasses for 40 years, After the cataract removal & lens implants, no more trifocals. I see perfectly again.

I had some issues with my eyes and Florida eye center got me in the very next morning, I saw Dr. Cortelli and he and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I've been going here for several years and have always had a good experience with Dr.Marks and Dr.Cortelli

Felt confident in the diagnosis and treatment received for my eyes. The doctor politely and thoroughly explained my condition while giving me opportunities to ask questions. I plan on returning for all future vision exams and eye related medical issues. ****4 year update**** Sad to say, service has declined. They no longer take my insurance but didn't tell me until I arrived for my appointment. I kept the appointment even though it would cost more out of pocket. During the eye exam, the tech spoke to me in a condescending tone. My family and I won't be back.

I went to the center today first time as it was listed one of the provider per my insurance plan. As soon as we stepped into the reception area, the first thing the lady stated "who is your doctor?". Probably she was overwhelmed with many patients waiting in the waiting are and there was no other receptionist. I explained her we were there per our insurance to get an eye examination and wanted to make sure we were covered under the insurance plan. However, I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy the staff exhibited. Needless to say, in most of the places you'd be treated with much better professionalism and customer service. Anyway, she stated she would look for available appointments for us in 10 minutes or so. At that point, we knew we couldn't get a decent service there and we stepped out. For the record, we went to other providers in the area and the staff was much more professional. Some receptionist needed time to attend us, which is very understandable when you are busy. But other places showed common courtesy when you stepped into their place. If this center really cares about providing appropriate service to potential customers, they should better represent themselves and not to be rude!

Troy Kish got me a $99 pair of emergency glasses while I had my eye appointment next door.... They're even flattering! He's a true professional & knows his craft well. Thank you Troy!!!!

I saw Dr. Allen Pusateri and he was very friendly, thorough, and quick. The wait was short and the new patient paper work was able to be completed online ahead of my appointment which was very efficient. The eye glass center personnel were extremely nice and very helpful. They were not pushy or overwhelming sales people like some other places I have been. I would 10/10 recommend and visit again.
