They say the wait can be long but sometimes the wait is worth the effort show up early for an appointment first in at 9am on Christmas eve and the place was full before I left the people were all very attentive and professional says alot thankyou much for a great experience!!

The worst customer service ever. They never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold immediately without letting you know. They tell you a week to pickup glasses and I've been waiting for two weeks.
