My husband went to see Dr. Neil Patel for the first time for his vision. I was so impressed by the doctors knowledge, compassion, expertise, and he was so thorough on explaining everything to my husband and showing him the images so my husband could understand everything that is going on with his vision. I highly recommend Dr Patel he is Awesome!!

***AMAZING***, all I could say is that my experience in this place was amazing, from the beginning til the end of my appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the receptionist girl was amazing and helpful, answered all my questions I had. Dr. Patel also was amazingly kind and answered all my concerns. ***For the lady who just did a review about the front desk reception, In my opinion you don't know exactly the reason why the baby was there, you don't know the situation that particular person was having. For example NO child care that day. She was responsible enough to attend to work to actually service you on your appointment. And I bet she had permission from management and provider as well. So if you feel uncomfortable or not pleased with the place, you could find another place that will meet your needs.***

Every staff member was extremely welcoming and helpful. The entire team seemed to have a genuine interest in the subject of vision as well as in providing high-quality care. This enthusiasm was shared across every part of the team, regardless of whether their position was clinical or administrative. Pretty much the best experience I've had at any medical facility.

I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful the staff was on my first visit. Dr. Patel was one of the best doctors I have ever met. He was genuine and very interested in knowing my concerns. He thoroughly explained everything I asked about. He offered much information on the care of my eyes. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Patel and your staff for such a great experience!

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my visit on 1/9/2026 was extremely unprofessional and concerning from a compliance standpoint. The front desk receptionist had a baby in a full playpen behind the counter, and the child was crying loudly throughout my entire appointment. It was very difficult to hear or communicate with my doctor, and the environment did not feel like a medical office. More importantly, after I completed my intake paperwork--which included my full Social Security number--the receptionist left the form out openly on the counter despite me notifying her it was there and acted as if she couldn't be bothered because she was too busy in her phone or attending to her baby that she had to take in the back room multiple times because of how loud she was crying. It didn't matter because the baby was loud you could still hear her crying to the point where I even had to go in and out of the office just so I could hear the care credit agent over the phone. This is a serious HIPAA concern, and it made me very uncomfortable. Not to mention that office has no walls or mini offices as everything is out in the open My doctor was kind and professional and so were the ladies that helped me, but the front desk environment and lack of compliance were unacceptable for a healthcare setting. I hope management addresses this immediately because patients deserve a secure, professional environment. At the end of the day, that girl signed up for that job and when you're at work your job comes first and you need to make clients a priority not your kids unless it's an emergency which a fussy baby you couldn't find a sitter for is not. If you can't afford daycare don't have kids. Don't put your clients protected Health Information at risk

Dr. Patel and the staff were amazing! Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The whole visit was smooth, and the office was clean and organized. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great eye doctor

Dr. Patel provided a very thorough exam and explained everything about my exam in great detail. I so very much appreciate the care provided by him and his whole team.

Dr.Patel is very professional and knowledgeable about eye care. Always a smile on his face. His staff is also very professional and patient and very nice.
