Dr. Stanley is EXCELLENT at what she does, but her office staff could use some professionalism training. I picked up 1of 2 pairs of glasses today and the young girl just handed them to me. I had to ask about trying them on and seeing how they fit and if the prescription was accurate. I felt that I wasn't really appreciated so I left and will follow up Saturday when my fiance has his appointment. I don't think they ordered the prescription correctly.

I'm always anxious about my eye dr appt and the whole process of picking out glasses. I had a most pleasant experience today. Dr. Stanley was great, as always. Steve, who assisted me in choosing frames, etc was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I appreciated his frankness and suggestions. Can't wait to pick up my new glasses. Highly recommend My Eye Doctor!!

I have been a customer of this location For over 15 years since it was Innovision. I order a pair of glasses each year. The last pair of glasses I purchased 1 year & 1month ago the lenses are all scratched up . Since I work in an office I'm not in an environment that would cause damage to glasses so the lenses that were ordered are not a good quality . I have other glasses that are over 10years old and the lenses are perfect. I dropped the glasses off and was told they would not be able to replace the scratched lenses as they were 1month past the 1year warranty. I requested the manager contact me . The manger Wes did not call me as requested , after 2 weeks I called back to see what was going on and the admin read the notes which were the same answer stating they could not replace the scratched lenses after 1year. As a loyal customer I would have expected to have my scratched lenses replaced at no charge . I will never do business with them going forward . I have now done my eye exam and ordered glasses from a more reputable local business that cares about their customer !

Was my eye doctor since I moved down here, but with the recent acquisition by MyEyeDr it has gone downhill in a big way. I had an appt for 5:20, got there at 4:45 to fill out the paperwork, sat there until 5:30 before i made it into the back, did the preliminary fitting, sat in a dark hot exam room for the next twenty minutes with no contact by anyone, at 6:25, I found a receptionist, told her I was leaving and she asked me to stay for 5 minute longer and grabbed the doctor. At this point I am just ready to go, passed on the dilation as I knew it would add 30 minutes to the visit, just done, I got out of there at 6:50, over two hours later, ridiculous, I would find someone else unless you are just looking to kill an afternoon sitting around in a waiting room.

MyEyeDr is a super friendly place! Staff is awesome. Dr. Stanley did my eye exam and corrected my horrible astigmatism spot on. Highly recommend!

I have been very pleased with Dr McCracken. She doesn't tell you that you need glasses when you don't. I will continue my eye care needs at this location.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Tiffany was great with my exam. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I comfortable with the experience. I would highly recommend this location and staff

I made an appointment over the phone for the same day. I get in there and the paperwork was filled out wrong and after sitting for 30 minutes i get told that they no longer take my coverage. How do you not know what coverage you take?
