I had an excellent experience with Jarol at the LensCrafters location in Citrus Park, Tampa. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and took the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer all of my questions. Jarol was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his patience and genuine willingness to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. There was no pressure--just thoughtful guidance and outstanding customer service. If you visit the LensCrafters in Citrus Park, I highly recommend asking for Jarol. His expertise and professionalism made this one of the best eyewear purchasing experiences I've had when purchasing eyewear.

He provided her with a sample of the prescription so she could experience the results firsthand and ensure she was completely comfortable with it. Once he confirmed she was happy, he personally made her glasses in under an hour. That level of efficiency and attention to detail is rare, and it made a world of difference for us. We have no words to fully express our gratitude for Jarol's kindness and expertise. The optometry side could use improvement when it comes to staying on schedule. I ended up cancelling my appointment when they were 30 minutes late. That said, the retail side (LensCrafters) was a blueprint for excellent customer service. Lindsey was incredibly sweet, and the manager went above and beyond to be helpful. Unfortunately, the back office didn't match that same level of efficiency and felt more like a typical DMV experience. With better coordination behind the scenes, this location could easily be outstanding.

Gerald was incredible! He is very professional and educated us on all the options and was very patient with us. I recommend him 10/10 if you come to this location! For eye exams with Elite Eyes: Dr. Panetta is very informative and welcoming, and Marco is excellent! The whole team made it a wonderful experience.

Amazing service; I bought my eyeglasses from here back in December 2024 (for a great sale price), and I returned here today to get the frames adjusted after I fell last week. The sales associate remembered me (from a year ago) and fixed them up immediately. Definitely the place to buy your eyewear!

Don't go here. All they did was tell us our children NEEDED and REQUIRED a bunch of things that we found out from other lens crafter were all optional. Started off with an eye test that our insurance didn't cover. Person on the phone said it was required in order to make appointment. Called a different lens crafter and they said it's recommended but not required. Brought it back to this lens crafter attention and all of a sudden we didn't have to do it. Our insurance covers $25 lenses (base lenses I'm sure) but we didn't want any upgrades right now until the new insurance kicked in for 2026. Somehow my husband walks out with a $98 bill per child for lenses, explained to me they said it was required and was pretty much forced into it. Again come to find out from another lens crafter that all those up charges were all optional. Not respecting peoples budget and/or knowledge of the system. Trying to lie people into believing it must be done to make more money? So here we are driving to them today because we were called yesterday saying the lenses were in and to bring the kids frames so they can be cut and they would cut them within an hour. My husband calls just to verify mid drive with children in the car, since they have been unreliable with information, and they failed to mention yesterday they have no lab person to cut them on Sundays. Why was this not mentioned to us on the phone? Just super unreliable all around and cannot be trusted at all. We usually go to a differnt one but wanted to try this one as it's a convenient drive for us, never again. Deceiving us all around.

Marco was a great help and resolved all my problems, I was a little upset because I have been around town trying to get new lenses for my favorite frames. Marcos was able to find exactly what I needed, he even helped resolve an issue with my payment card. I really appreciate your patience man!
