Lloyd Firestone, OD

I've had the privilege of working with Dr. Lloyd Firestone for the past seven years, and I continue to do so today. Throughout his more than 50 years in practice, he has consistently provided exceptional care to his patients without needing to rely on the latest trends or technology. His experience and dedication speak for themselves--many of his patients travel over an hour just to see him. Dr. Firestone is one of the best optometrists I've ever encountered. He's thorough, compassionate, and always fair with his pricing. He truly goes above and beyond to help his patients in any way he can. I haven't had the chance to share this before, but his outstanding work and genuine care for others absolutely deserve recognition.

I wish I could give Dr Lloyd Firestone a 6 star's. All of my years I've never seen a doctor take his time on each patient in giving the correct prescription. I will be seeing him as well as his staff every year. Lovely selections on frame.

I really love this place. I have gone for a few years now. Doctor Firestone does all his paperwork old school? But he is very good and very patient. The staff is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Yes, prices are also cheaper.

Absolutely wonderful doctor! Quite expensive, as I would not have been able to afford the exam + glasses without insurance, but I will absolutely be returning! The assistant was lovely and the receptionist had great attention to detail! This exam was months ago and I am only now writing this review because I need to return to have my glasses fixed (lens popped out of the frame). All around lovely and professional team!

As much as I resist to review a place, to review Dr. Firestone's team is worth the effort. From 5+ years experience, here's our honest opinion. Every. Single. Time. My family of 4- each of us adore Dr. Firestone & his team. Inez is a scheduling queen. Very informative, coordinates ALL of us and RARELY do we have a long wait time! Raymond's knowledge of frames and insurance is unparalleled. And his patience during frame selection is quite calm. More importantly, our experiences with Dr Firestone are unparalleled. His attention to detail, comparing the notes of your previous eye appointment to today, educating one on what the changes mean for their eyes, things we don't know to ask Dr. Firestone, he answers. A sincere thank you to Dr. Firestone and Inez and Raymond. Thank you for making eye health a positive experience.

I made an appointment, showed up and they said they couldn't access my insurance but said I could pay now to keep my appt. and be reimbursed later. Turns out they didn't take my insurance anymore and stole $65 for exam. And, I've been a patient for 6 years!!!

My wife and I have gone to Dr. Firestone for years and have always been treated great. He and his Staff have always been excellent! About five months ago, when everything was closing down because of COVID 19, I experienced a problem with one of my eyes. My wife called Dr Firestone and I got in to see him immediately. He checked my eye and recommended that I go immediately to an retina eye specialist that he highly recommended. And he contacted the retina eye specialist to let them know I was coming. Had Dr. Firestone not immediately opened his schedule for me or recommended the retina eye specialist, I would have lost sight I'm my eye. Thanks to Dr. Firestone I received great care and am on the mend. Because of my experiences with Dr. Firestone and those of my wife, I highly recommend Dr. Firestone!
