First time seeing Dr. Cook! Great personality, patient and very informative! I learned a lot at this visit - he explains things in a very understandable form. He was enthusiastic and filled with positive energy from the moment he entered the room throughout the appointment. Will be back next year!

My husband, my three kids and I have been seeing Dr. Cook for years. He is amazing. extremely knowledgeable and explains everything perfectly. Always full of helpful suggestions and information. He also is a firm advocate of outdoor play as a preventative measure for healthy kids eyesight and we love that. We have now moved to south florida but we still schedule our eye exams with him when we are in town!! cannot recommend him enough.

My family has been seeing Dr Cook for over a decade. His knowledge of optometry is far above average and his friendly demeanor really make the visits enjoyable for my entire family. You can tell he cares about his patients. If you have an emergency, which I recently had after hours, your call does not just go to an answering service. His out of office message gives his direct cell phone number. I texted him and received an immediate response. It turned out to be nothing serious but getting immediate attention to my concern gave me real peace of mind. A Dr who truly cares! He's the best!!

Dr. Cook is awesome! Very professional at the same time friendly! He is the most knowledgeable and practical doctor we ever came across. Every single appointment is thoroughly done and well explained. Highly recommend this doctor! Most importantly, very honest!

Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I am one to ask a lot of questions and he takes the time to answer and explains what his answers mean in plain English. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and my entire family has been in his care for years. During these "Covid times" he made me feel very comfortable by taking the necessary steps. I will feel safe having my two small children visit with Dr. Cook.

I've worn contacts since 1981 and have never had such a thorough and informative exam. Dr. Cook was very patient with me as he was diagnosing my vision concerns. I'm so happy to have found a knowledgeable doctor that truly listens and cares!

RUDE, CLUELESS AND GROSSLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Dr. Cook saw me for a contact lens appointment. He recommended contacts that were discontinued by Acuvue. When I mentioned to him that no one was able to fill the prescription he wanted to charge me for another fitting! He admitted he didn't know it was discontinued (meanwhile the staff at another Walmart told me they knew) I told him this was completely unprofessional as I am a doctor as well and that is not how I would treat my patients. He got very upset and YELLED AT ME IN AN OFFICE FULL OF HIS PATIENTS!!!! As a doctor I am advising all of you to find a doctor that studies current trends in their industry. He was rude and clueless. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER! I gave one star because you have to so you can post.

Best eye appointment ever! I've had glasses and contacts for 20 years, I've never had such a through contact fitting, these are so comfortable, I've very impressed! Highly recommend Dr. Cook!
