Dr Levitt and his staff are amazing, kind and really care about the patient as a whole! Dr Levitt did both my cateract surgeries and has done Lazer treatments for Glaucoma. I have recommended Dr Levitt to many people. To give you an idea on how much I like them I travel from Sarasota to Tampa, which can take an hour up to 2 hours of driving. TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Dr. Levitt has been treating me for glaucoma eye problems for a number of years. Over the years I had learned to trust Dr. Levitt for his meticulous and methodical way he practices his science. In the fall of 2025, after decades of being told by various eye doctors that someday I would need cataract surgery, that day arrived and I decided it was time to do something about it. Dr. Levitt and his staff measured various parameters related to my eyesight to ensure that what he was about to carry out was going to be done precisely and correctly. And, he added, he might be able to correct my glaucoma problem at the same time as he did the cataract surgery. Bottom line: he fixed the cataract problem perfectly so that I now have 20/20 distance vision and I only need glasses for reading and close-up work. In addition, the two stents he placed into each eye are now controlling the high pressure. He has now determined that I no longer need to instill eye drops twice daily to correct this problem. All in all, this provided me with a great improvement in my eyesight - no more drops and only wearing glasses when reading! I highly recommend Dr. Levitt's practice for eye care. He never fails to ensure that he has answered any and all questions you might have. Unfortunately, there is one caveat to this: in my experience, he typically runs very late in his appointments to see his patients. I suggest bringing along plenty of reading materials while you wait in his waiting room for your turn to be seen by him.

As usual Dr. Levitt takes good care of my eyes, always professional, focused on proper testing, good listener and ensures that I get the best care specially with my family history of aggressive Glaucoma. My recent cataract and Glaucoma surgery that Dr. Levitt performed went well, can see better than ever!! I drive 1.5 to 2 hrs to see him but its worth it...I thank Dr. Levitt and his staff for all they do, great job!!

While I am not 100% completed with my treatment, I am beyond pleased with the results from cataract surgery in both eyes. My vision is nearly completely restored to optimal vision....optimized for my specific needs. I can't praise Dr. Levitt and his staff enough. Gabby, Myla, Stephanie, Angie and Peggy are all amazing in their own way and have all contributed to my overall experience with Dr Levitt. I can't say enough good about them or give them a stronger recommendation!

Dr Levitt was recommended to me by my primary care physician. The recommendation was a grand slam. His examinations, advice, and ultimate surgeries to remove cataracts on both my eyes were top notch. As icing on the cake, Dr Levitt's technical and office staffs made the entire experience as smooth and informative as I could possibly have hoped. I had a perfect outcome of my cataract surgeries. During the initial consults, all the staff was very kind, guiding me thru the preop tests they were performing. Dr Levitt took the time to explain his findings, and explained my options very clearly. The procedure went very smoothly.
