I've always helped my mother to her annual exams with Dr Mertzlufft, especially now that he sold his practice to MyEyeDr, but I must say that the experience is always wonderful. The new staff was extremely helpful, polite, and genuinely patient with her every step of the way. They took the time to explain things clearly and made sure she felt comfortable and cared for. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this office!

I had an eye exam recently and the moment I walked in, the front desk staff at MyEyeDr. was incredibly nice and welcoming. they made everything easy from beginning to end. purchasing my contacts was quick. picking them up later was just as smooth I was very excited to try contacts. We have been coming to the office for many years and have always appreciated our interactions with the Dr. We actually moved to a different county but still chose to make the drive because my child felt so much comfort with him. Since the practice has been purchased by a chain it has gone drastically down hill. The customer service we received our last appointments was lacking and frustrating. My son left feeling sad and disappointed. Considering how long our family has been using the office and the amount of money we spend I would hope to feel more valued. We will not be returning.

This was my child's first visit to this office and first time getting contacts. The staff was very professional and so helpful from the moment we stepped in the door. They totally set my nervous child at ease. Shout out to Christine who patiently worked with my child to learn how to start using contacts. Her calm and professional demeanor really set my child up for success with contacts. She took my anxious child from tears to confidence by the time we left the office. Overall very satisfied with our visit. Thank you!

Since Dr. Mertzlufft sold his practice to MyEyeDr. Everything is automated. Lacks personal patient care and attention to detail. I had an appt today. I received a text message yesterday saying I was booked and they would see me soon. Showed up on time for my appt to be turned away. Receptionist stated "they moved my appt because I didn't confirm it" via an automated text. I got no notice of the rescheduled appt or the cancelation. They wouldn't fit me in despite the office being empty. Underwhelmed to say the least.

I had a wonderful experience at this office, from the front desk to the back. Everyone is very professional and respectful. Everything is carefully explained, and I found the perfect pair of Eyewear. I had an amazing experience thanks to Christine ,She is truly one of the most professional, kind, and helpful people I've ever met. She went above and beyond to assist me, even taking the extra step to call another branch and book me an appointment. Her dedication to customer service and her professionalism are unmatched. Excellent experience. Doctor explained all aspects of eye test. Staff were very pleasant. Would recommend.
