When you drive over two bridges because you still do all your business in Tampa after Helene & Milton, to update my hard contacts script at The best Optometrist in The Tampa Bay area, Dr Jennifer Stanley & staff!! Thank You!!

Dr. Stanley did a thorough eye exam but I had to push for a prescription for my preferred contact lens brand. She stated it was being discontinued; however, other eye stores disagreed and did not know what she might have been referring to. The reason behind my low rating is due to the front office's poor customer service skills. They are unkind, sarcastic, and unprofessional. I have had 2 negative experiences speaking with them, both in-person and over the phone. I have been a long-time customer of MyEyeDr as a company, but this location has been the worst one I've visited so far. I highly recommend going to a different location.

My eye glasses of 2025 is much better than 2026. The exam was not accurate. I tried to show them the difference, but they paid no attention. They kept me waiting for 90 minutes, but I left and complained on their website. An assotiate called and promised to let me go to another location. No answer yet since Jan 2026.

What a pleasant experience! All of the staff were lovely, particularly the young lady who did my pre-exam, and the gentleman who helped me with my glasses order (I was in office in the afternoon of 11/11/25 and I hope they can receive praise!!) Extremely personably and professional, they both were spectacular and I really appreciated all of their work and assistance!!

I was so impressed by the receptionist Amber. Myeyedr did not have an appointment for my husband today who injured his eye last night while on the boat with his friend. The Amber gave me several numbers of other doctors and called me back some time later to give me more doctors. I told her that I found someone but would recommend Myeyedr to others. The customer service was amazing! Thank you for all of your help Amber!

I've been going to Dr. Stanley for years. She is excellent and thorough. I was impressed with Ariel as he was very patient. Explain everything, help me out picking up my eyeglasses and sunglasses. He is one of the best compared to all the years I've been coming here.

Amber, Michele and Hiba were amazing! I walked with 2 broken pairs of glasses and figured I was looking at hundreds of dollars to replace but they repaired both!! Hats off to people who care and take the time to help!

Had 1120 appointment and still not seen by doctor it's 1253. Office is very cold so bring a sweater. Staff are very nice but wait time a bit much. Dr Stanley is very nice and through
