Awful experience! Lost of money!
I just purchased a BRAND NEW frame and took it to this place to put prescription on it. It was so weird that took over the two weeks as stated and repetitive time I called to verify my order. Never got a call back. Until finally they decided to call me to get my glasses back, guess what: THE FRAME was broken! They broke my brand new frame I haven't even used!! Never used! Brand new in excellent condition.
They gave me the frame WITHOUT even telling me it was broken. When I try them on, it was totally off below my right eyebrow. The lady just kept moving the temple and moving the temple until I notice it was broken!!! They never even have the intention to let me know. They will clean their hands on a waiver you must sign when bringing a brand new frame not from their store. NO I do not recommend this place to anyone. Poor service and lack of respect. I have lost my money on my brand new frames. So sad.
It is notable that their service/lab is not good that even the temple of the glasses is all scratched!!!
