Came here 3 times to pick up my contact order and all three times there is a problem and my contacts are not ready or are missing. The order was put in since December 2025 it is now March 2026 and Melissa had the nerve to blame the labs on there mistake. Walking away yet again without my contact order. The staff honestly does not know what they are doing! The doctor is awesome which is such a same! Once I finally get my order I will not be going back. Not trying to bash them but giving the honest truth, give the staff proper training! Horrible experience

Dr. Eshak was a breath of fresh air. She was accommodating, caring and thorough. She took her time and did not rush the exam. She answered all of my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. Karell, the glass specialist helped me choose my frames. He explained all the information regarding the lenses, add ons and specific things that would make my glasses better for my particular situation. I highly recommend this practice for all of your optical needs. They take their time, appreciate your time and treat you with the respect you deserve. Fast forward a week. Got a call my glasses were ready for pickup. I had ordered a pair of glasses for distance and a pair of glasses for reading. When I went to pick them up I was surprised to find that both of the pairs of glasses were for distance. Because of this mistake, I now don't have my reading glasses and I'm still waiting for the mistake to be corrected. I'm disappointed to say the least. Fast forward to today. The manager, Mari, personally called me to give me an update on my glasses. She was very nice and apologized for the error and to compensate for the inconvenience she wanted me to come back into the office to select another pair of glasses FREE OF CHARGE! WHAT????? 5 star rating is back! Thank you Mari for going above and beyond.

I never leave reviews but the store on Kennedy Blvd is a nightmare. Please do not go to this one. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I went there on Dec22 they told me they can't put orders because they were doing inventory. I went the next day and they put the request for the insurance to approve the benefits. They told me it will take 24-48 hours for the benefits to show up. I go there on December 30 still no benefits. No trying to help to expedite the process even though one week passed from the request. I called the insurance myself and they wanted to speak with the staff to show them how the request to the insurance needed to be done. They refused to talk to the insurance. I called again the next day to ask if the benefits were available, I was told they will call me back to let me know. They never did. I called back again and they told me the benefits were available. I told them I was going to be there in 5 min to put the order. I was there at 1:30pm. As soon as I went there they said the doctor left 30 min before the closing time. This was absolutely a nightmare. I was never able to put the order and the benefits expired. I tried to put the order from Dec 22 -31 and was not able to because of their laziness and inability to do their job properly.

Very good experience with doctor buzzett she was very helpful and took her time to explain everything to me. Mari the manager helped me with my glasses and I just had to say that from coming in to leaving the service was amazing.

Melissa is great!! She is so helpful every time I call and pick up my contacts. She is always so nice and I enjoy seeing her when I come in! :)
