Save yourself the headache. Worst customer service ever at the John's road location and Citrus Park mall. I went there for glasses, the John's location has the worst selection of glasses. Very cheaply made and low quality. They over charged me on the price, it took them 3 times to get the script correct. First time the script was wrong and the progressives lens didn't feel right. The second time the lens still had progress lens even though they were supposed to remove it, my script for distance was incorrect as well. There were letters on the lens, one person told me that was normal, when the eye doctor said it wasn't and there was still a slight progressives in the lens, which again they wanted to tell me there wasn't. The frames were horrible, the arms extended because they're were old frames, they disputed everything I said I thought was wrong with them, then they later found the same lens were the arms didn't extend. I felt like they were making me seem like I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about. I've only been wearing glasses my whole life. I finally got the correct scrip and they didn't want to fit the glasses correctly so they didn't slide off my face. I got tired of going back and forth with the lady. I just left and I'm still wearing my old glasses. I will never go there again. They don't break down the pricing. I had to ask for a copy of the breakdown and they don't tell you the glasses are non refundable but it does state it on the receipt after paying for them, no refunds. I wasted several work hours and days to "correct the problem." Save yourself the headache and cost. The eye doctor at the citrus park location was fabulous. She was absolutely amazing and made sure my script was accurate.

Yesterday my mom went to get glasses. The promotion said $69.99 for two pairs and $49.99 for the eye exam. I even called to confirm, and they told me it was correct. I booked the appointment and sent my mom alone because I was working. In the end, they charged her $420. Today I called, and nobody knew what to say--just that an associate would call me back. A lady finally called with a bad attitude and said that was the price, even telling me the promotion was wrong. However, I still see the promotion online, and I had confirmed it by phone. They also did not give her the prescription from the exam, saying it is only provided with the glasses. I told her that when you pay for an exam, you have the right to receive your records immediately. The exam and the glasses are two separate things. In the end, they told me they couldn't refund or cancel anything. I do not recommend this place--false advertising and they take advantage of people who don't know better.

My visit was amazing, I was met with one of the medical assistants, Melissa, and she did a fantastic job in preparing me to see the provider as well as Dr. Silvio and Dr. Aronson were great at assessing my vision and prescribing glasses to help me prevent eye strain on computers. I've had these glasses since November and they still feel like if they were brand new! Would go there again :)
