This place is ridiculous giving me a very hard time to get an appointment, I walked in with paperwork and still advised that I would have to fax. After that I called to get the fax number, the receptionist treated me like I was a little kid STATED OMG because I did not hear her. After several times trying to call the lady that answered the phone advised that she was going to contact Optical Outlet and then Optical Outlet just gave me the run around to get the fax number. I was to get a call by 5pm that I never received. After several times trying to get things done I called my insurance Carrier Optimum and they agreed to send me an authorization for an out of Network clinic Prado to get my surgery done. STAY AWAY ALL SENIORS THEY TREAT LIKE YOU DONT DESERVE TO BE TREATED!
