From arrival to leaving the experience was phenomenal. The lady who checked me in was incredible cheerful which I was pleasantly surprised given that my appt was at 7:45 in the morning. I sat in the waiting area for maybe 5 mins if that. The medical assistant was very courteous and professional. Doctor Glass amazing and nice as always. He's thorough and to the point. Some people might think he's too quick with his appointments but I personally like quick appointments. Of course he will slow down if you have questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Glass.

St Lukes is a world of professionals. They are kind and caring. They cared for my father. They care for my husband and myself. I have never met a rude employee. The doctors are special people. My husband and I have have seen 4 of their doctors. All explain clearly what is happening and what is next then how to get the best results. Plan to be there for a while, they are very though and being exceptional takes time. If you need eye care this is the place to go.

I've been going to St Luke's for over 5 years now. I have an autoimmune disease of the eye that they've been able to diagnose and keep under control the entire time. Every single person who works there, from the receptionists to the assistants and doctors, are absolutely incredible! I've never felt uncomfortable or worrisome about my eye issue while I'm there. They have been my savior through some very terrifying vision issues. Dr. Glass is my main doctor and he's so nice and accommodating. He doesn't rush you. He answers every question, no matter how petty it may seem to you, he takes his time.

He has prescribed restatis to alleviate the problem and given me suggestions to help. Payton, a member of his team, was amazing! I appreciate her so much. She was so thorough and very very nice. From the greetings and attentions at the front desk, to the careful attentions and examinations of the nurses and doctor--Thank you, Dr. Glass, I felt seen,heard, and well attended. With its professionalism,cleanliness, and attention to details that I not only experienced, but witnessed with other patients in the waiting area, this whole experience was a 10 out of 10. Complaint of red swollen eyes. Dr Glass saw me next day identified bacterial infection both eyes and prescribed RX. St Luke's and staff truly care about their patients. Have has cataract surgery and laser surgery, treated like family. Recommend them to anyone.
