Perez Eye Center

Though I love his staff Dr.Perez was very rude. Let's start with my appointment was at 10:15 and even though I was taken in the back (the nurse was super nice) and my eyes were dilated Dr.Perez did not see me until 12:40. I witnessed him spend 20 to 30 minutes with every SPANISH pt he had I was out by 12:46 he spent 4 of those minutes scolding me because I explained the wait time was ridiculous. He then preceded to talk to his nurse instead of me, he did not explain anything to me that was going on with my eyes. I had to ask the nurse what just happened. I actually felt discriminated against because I was a person of color. Very unprofessional very much a Dr that caters to hispanic patients. 10 out 10 ten will not recommend. I now am scared to return to follow up visit. And this is not a color thing my mom is white.

My experience here was wonderful! The doctor was very friendly and so was the young lady who did my eye exam/eye strips. She was talking to me about her home country and what a nice conversation we had. I'm terrible with names or I would mention her. I love this office and the staff! Thank you, Debra

Dr Perez saved my mom's eyes. She had went blind from her glaucoma and he restored her eyesight. My mother's name was Mrs Willie M Wright. She passed away August 21 2021 with her eyesight still intact. Thank you Perez bothers, and God bless you

I've been coming to Dr. Don and Ben Perez for the past 3 to 4 years, and I can honestly say they've made a lasting impact on my life. Yes, the wait can be long at times, but that's because they never turn anyone away -- even those without insurance. That kind of compassion is rare and deeply appreciated. From Dr. Don and Ben themselves to every assistant and staff member in the office, the level of care, patience, and kindness is truly exceptional. They go above and beyond for every single patient. You don't feel like just another name on a chart here -- you're treated like a real person with real needs, and they take the time to listen and help however they can. Thank you to the whole team for the incredible work you do. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for the care and support you've given me and so many others. Keep shining -- you're making a difference every day.

They left my wife deaf from Tepezza, dont trust them, and she lost all her nails, and lost her hair. The lost of hearing is in the internet, google it. Tepezza hearing lost

Dr. Ben and Don Perez are phenomenal physicians. They truly offer world class care and have some of the best bedside manner i've ever seen! Will keep coming back and recommending them to all my friends and family! I love the care i've received at this office.

I wouldn't recommend Perez Eye Center to anyone, unless you have the entire day to waste for an appointment. I waited for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and there were still approximately 15 people who were there before me, and I would assume have their appointment prior to mine. When I asked the receptionist when I could expect to be seen she said she'd check and then never asked/followed up with me. I left as needed to get back to work and didn't want to waste anymore time. Overall not impressed with their over scheduling and lack of professionalism. Don't waste your time and go elsewhere.

This office caters to Spanish speaking clients. They are ALWAYS late for appointments. I have to change my Dr for glaucoma due to an insurance change and I am not upset in the least, actually I am relieved.
