It was the worst doctor's appointment I have ever had. The sheer disrespect to have people wait (mostly elderly) up to for 3 hours or more is TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. I watched them provide selected customer service. The office staff was eating open dishes at the reception desk. And the total care and office professional was so very poor. I am a Doctor and to see this kind of disservice grated my nerves. I still couldn't get in to see the doctor (for I had an interview). I left for 30 minutes after informing them of my situation, came back and was told they had to see if they could work me in and I waited another hour, for them to only say they would have to reschedule me in 3 weeks. A TOTAL OF 4 HOURS for an eye exam is unheard of. So disappointed after waiting a month to get an appointment. At this rate I could go blind. I called my insurance provider and filed a complaint and changed my care with this office because of this. If you think I am exaggerating look at some of the other similar reviews.

Customer service is terrible. When you call, no one answers; it's always the automated system asking you to leave a message. It takes them a very long time to respond. When you have an emergency, they give you an appointment two months later. Unfortunately, I can't change ophthalmologists because this is the only one my insurance accepts at the moment. This week I shared this complaint with one of my doctors, and to my surprise she told me that they have many patients who have complained about the same issues, but they have no other option because of their insurance. At my last visit, the girl who attended me ignored what I was telling her about my problem. I kept telling her, "Look at my eye," and while she had her back turned to me and was focused on her tablet, she kept saying, "Yes, I see it." It was not a pleasant experience at all.

Ugh, it's the absolute worst. The customer service is terrible, the front desk people are rude, and they're never on time. If your appointment is at 9:30, expect to see the doctor in 2 hours. It's always packed with people. They never apologize. Find another doctor.

I had an appt at the Tampa office. Every staff member was polite,organized, helpful and very professional. My visit was precise and I was greeted and treated very well. The practitioner who I saw was very informed and treated me as if I was important to her. The whole Dr. visit was pleasant. Thank you very much. I do plan to schedule my visits for my eye care at this office.

MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE TO SEE DR. LARRY PERICH SINCE 2012 WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM ND THE STAFF. DR. PERICH KNEW IUR DR. FROM BROOKLYN NY. ND HE HEARD ABOUT ND STUDIED OUR VISION DISEASE.

The lack of importance placed on Customer Service and being available to answer phone calls is pathetic. I don't know how this place stays in business. All incoming calls always go to voicemail and they're not returned for at least two days disgraceful.

Dr Perech does not care about his patients. He makes them wait literally for hours while they are in pain.

The ophthalmic needs an attitude adjustment. There's no way to talk to guest/patient like that. Thanks
