No Pediatric Ophthalmologist available under Premier Eye Care in Tampa, FL if you are with Staywell kids They told me closest was Palm Harbor. Have to switch to Amerigroup to get Pediatric eye care in Tampa for my youngest I raise who was born with severe eye problems. Staywell does not seem to care either. They told me if doctors are within 60 miles, it is OK. 60 miles! That is 120 miles round trip in traffic. Apparently kids are not a priority for them.

Disgusting customer service. I have to drive 3 cities away to get specialty glasses for my daughter even tho there is a store 10min from us that we've used for past 3 years. I pray the decision makers at Premier Eye Care, especially Chris Watkinson, soon have a loved one with medical needs and get to experience the same substandard insurance they force on our children. WORST INSURANCE YET
