Flexible with scheduling. Was able to change my appointment time with less than 2 days notice. Staff is always friendly on phone and in person. Be sure to ask for drops to un-dilate your eye after the exam. It costs $15 but well worth it rather than be blinded by the light for the rest of the day!

Spent over 2 hours waiting to see the doctor after being dialated. She saw me for less than 10 minutes and then I was given drops to reverse dilation which I didnt request but was charged $15 for (they didn't tell me what it was until after it was administered) and nobody mentioned that it would make my eyes bright red for several hours!!!
