St Luke's has a very friendly and thorough team lasting from the check-in and pre-exam through the visit with the doctor. Dr Wipfli is great and I highly recommend him. I had to have cataract surgery and Dr Wipfli explained everything and answered all of my questions as well as the most important part, did a great job with my surgery. The whole team was helpful and is great with follow-up.

I've had the feeling something's been in my eye for 3 months now. I saw one private ophthalmologist and he gave me steroids and the problem came back. The problem was so annoying, by now my eye was twitching so I decided to get a second opinion. St Luke's got me into the Dale Mabry office the very next day. Dr Flynn looked at my eyes with a different type of magnifier and she saw what was going on (rosacea in my eye). I'm already having relief with the suggestions and the eye drops that she ordered for me, delivered for no charge through Walgreens specialty pharmacy. Highly recommend!

New to area and was referred by a friend...... Such a terrific, terrific experience. Staff incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating. Dr Katherine Flynn provided excellent review of my eyes and set me in the direction for lifelong care and even suggested and provided instructions on how to apply for discount on the costly prescription. After each office visit I truly felt I was in the best care...... they listened and Dr and Staff work together efficiently ... like a well oiled machine. Office was extremely clean and the Staff at the front desk is PERFECTLY HELPFUL. I feel it is important to alert other patients about my experience with Dr. Wipfli and Dr. Glass. I was diagnosed with cataracts at this facility and monitored for over a year, during which time surgery was repeatedly and strongly recommended. After spending significant out-of-pocket funds on consultations and diagnostic tests, I sought a second opinion at Orlando Health.
The findings at Orlando Health directly contradicted the diagnosis provided by St. Luke's; I was informed that cataracts are not present. The discrepancy between these two evaluations is deeply troubling. I encourage everyone to be their own advocate and seek a second opinion when facing a surgical recommendation at this practice
As soon I walked in they asked if I wanted Cataract Surgery without reviewing my results and tried to sell me on all the different lenses that are not covered by insurance.

I called due to hearing their advert on the Joy FM 91.5. (Christian Channel).
Wow!
Was greeted by detached indifferent and surly call back!
Only wanted to know my insurance carrier---not "how can we assist you with eye care?"
Not a glimmer of compassion or helpful suggestions!
Seems after reading some of negative reviews that many others received same treatment.
I'll switch radio stations next time I hear of St Lukes Cataract and Laser advertisements!
DO NOT believe their pitch about caring----they only care about money and profit. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
