I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Huynh and her team! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions. The technician Trisha was very nice and they all made me feel very welcomed! I wasn't able to get the names for the two ladies helping with check in and picking the glasses but I watched them as they attentively and thoroughly helped several customers that came in and saw how they went above and beyond for everyone that stepped into the Optical center. I will definitely be returning!

Today I was at Target having just recently purchased a pair of glasses from a different establishment. The fit was bothersome and I knew I needed an adjustment. I went into Target optical and despite being busy with customers, the Optician greeted me and said she would be with me soon. When she approached she asked what I needed. I told her I needed an adjustment. She immediately recognized the frames weren't purchased from her store but invited me to sit so she could help me. She was friendly, kind, professional and she worked to adjust my glasses and make me comfortable with my fit. I have previously purchased glasses from this store and I have to say they always have been professional and courteous. Today was just another consistent example of their great service!!

My experience at Target Optical was great! I had an appointment for my regular check up. The opticians and techs greeted me when I arrived and quickly started my exam. They have a good selection of the latest frames, and they helped me pick out some great frames that matched my style. My exam was easy and quick, and I was happy with the result - very clear prescription. Overall I'd highly recommend going in for an appointment and picking up some glasses and/or sunglasses.

I had an incredibly disappointing and disrespectful experience at Target Optical.
I called ahead to inform the office I would be 15 minutes late due to my essential government support role during a United States government shutdown, and I was told it was acceptable.
Upon arrival, the staff acted as if I hadn't called. I was given a dismissive option to wait and, as I sat down, I noticed the two women at the front desk giggling at my expense.
This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I immediately left and will take my business elsewhere. The staff needs serious training on customer service and workplace decorum.
I know this review will not be taken seriously. Target Optical check the cameras.

The service at Target Optical was excellent.
I visited without an appointment to ask about a pair of glasses with bent frames and a lens that had come out. They kindly and promptly repaired them on the spot, and the repair was completed in about five minutes. The service was fast, friendly, and truly outstanding.
There was no charge for the repair, either.
I highly recommend this store to everyone.
