The in-store staff were polite and pleasant, so this review is not about individual employees. However, the frame purchase experience is extremely poor and frustrating. I ordered my glasses on December 28th and was never informed that the frames would be difficult to source or significantly delayed until i reached out after 2.5 weeks. After nearly a month without glasses, I finally came in on January 26th to pick them up, only to find the frames had been incorrectly heat-adjusted and were visibly warped. Because of this, I left without my glasses. What made this even more unacceptable is that these were luxury frames, yet they were presented in a standard Visionworks case with a standard cleaning cloth provided. Luxury frames should never be handled or presented this way. The lack of care and attention to detail was shocking given the premium price point. Since then, 2 days have passed with no updates, and no sense of urgency, despite the fact that I have been without my glasses for a month. At this point, the issue is not just the delay but the complete lack of urgency to correct a problem that should never have happened. This was my first experience with Visionworks and it will also be my last. I will never purchase from them again. I can only hope that my order is finally satisfied, because this process has left me confused about next steps, and far below what I expected.

Infuriating experience and complete waste of my time. I received a text reminder from Visionworks saying it had been a year since my last annual exam and prompting me to schedule an appointment. I called last Thursday and spoke with someone at this location. She verified my health insurance, took all of my contact information, and I specifically asked for the latest appointment available because I work until 5 PM. She told me 4:45 PM the following day, which I accepted. To make this appointment, I left a meeting early at 4:30 PM, rushed through rush hour traffic, and arrived on time - only to be told that I did not have an appointment scheduled at all. I showed them my phone call log, which they confirmed was the correct number that goes directly to their office. The employee admitted that whoever took my call never put my appointment on the calendar, and to make matters worse, the doctor had already left for the day. So despite doing everything right - responding to their reminder, calling ahead, confirming details, and rearranging my work schedule - I was turned away because of their internal failure. This was unprofessional, frustrating, and a total waste of my time. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone who values reliability or basic competence.

My wife had a and I have absolute exceptional experience with Amy at the VisionWorks Citrus Park Mall. We each found two pairs of glasses and received excellent customer service and care. Thank you.

It was my elderly parents first time coming to Vision Works at Citrus Park Mall & we had a great experience thanks to Kathy. She was so professional, thorough and very kind, besides being so knowlegable in what she does. Come, stop by and ask for Kathy to help you with your eye care needs.

Yesterday I went to Visionworks and was assisted by Mrs. Sayli. She was very attentive, kind, pleasant, and professional at all times. She helped me a lot, and I'm very pleased with the service I received at this place.

Customer service is so hard to find these days, but here at the Citrus Park Mall Vision Works, it is over the top! You are welcomed, they take time with you and don't make you feel rushed, they even help you look for the best fit. I have one closer to me, but I will drive an extended 1/2 hour to come to this particular one! So nice!

Amy was great. She understood my needs and found me the best value. I highly recommend working with her on your eyeglasses.
