I was a bit nervous going into my first appointment, but the experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Everything from the cleanliness of the space to how organized the process was made me feel at ease. The doctor explained my prescription in detail, and one of the bilingual associates helped me choose my glasses, patiently answering all my questions. I left feeling confident and cared for. I'll definitely return and highly recommend this optical clinic to others!

I had a great experience at Walmart Vision Center! They were fast quick and efficient. Maisa was very helpful, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She also helped me pick 2 pairs of glasses that framed my face well! This center has lots of fun affordable glasses variety's, I highly recommend! Kelly was great also!

Called because my daughter lost her glasses at another Walmart ( go figure) the man that answered the phone seemed like he was in a rush and couldn't be bothered. Didn't care that my daughter's eyes were hurting her without her glasses and I told him I already had a prescription but the best he could tell me was he was going on vacation and couldn't help me for at least a week this was after I told him what kind of insurance I had....... Really?? Nice way to care about your customers .

At first I was nervous to have my exam done because of what this neighborhood was like 10 years ago but when I first walked into this office I was greeted with a smile and right away I felt at home. The score is only to get attention because the walmart i had my experience in lutz.
The doc was nice, but she didn't listen to me.
I needed trifocals and she rx'd me contacts for driving. Well....i had to take them out and put them in every time I wanted to see. It was stupid, and i fed them to my cats ...
