I can't say enough good things about this eye center! Dr Cook was by far the best eye doctor I have ever experienced. He was attentive and knowledgeable. The staff was quite amazing as the doctor. I have NEVER been in an eye doctors' office where the staff (Wil, Dimple, and Erika) were so kind and helpful, They went above and beyond my expectations!!! Thank you ALLL!

Dr. Cook is by far the best eye doctor I've had in all of my 61 years of life. He went above and beyond to explain things regarding my eyes as well as other health tips. Very knowledgeable and competent, highly recommend.

Dr.Cook is one of the best optometrists around, he diagnosed my eyes and recommended a minor corrective procedure to keep my eyes healthy, the place that performed the procedure told me that not many doctors would have diagnosed the issue. I am very thankful for his expertise, he also explained everything step by step. Your eyes are in very competent hands here.

I visited the Walmart Vision Center Store# 02740 at 19910 Bruce B. Downs Blvd on Tue April 23, 2024. The store is bright, open and very inviting. Ms. Dimple Patel met my husband and I with a warm smile and asked how she could help. I was trying to find a replacement frame for prescription tri-progressive lenses for a sport goggles. I really didn't have much hope as the frames were a few years old. To use the same lenses the frame had to be exact. Dimple looked up the model of the frame and located the exact replacement frame within minutes. I was overjoyed beyond belief. She then proceeded to insert the lenses into the new frames, clean the lenses and brought out a new case. Unbelievable! Because of her kindness, professionalism and can-do attitude we asked her about my sunglasses whose frame was bent with loose screws. And again a home run! She and a male co-worker located the frames, inserted my lenses and cleaned the lenses. Dimple was so kind, knowledgeable, professional and so helpful but most of all offered to help us with more than I had intended to buy. She is an attentive salesperson and really wants to find a good solution for her customers. I left the vision center with prescription restored sports glasses and sunglasses! I felt I had won the lottery twice in the same day! I was so impressed and had enough time I was able to also get in for a full vision exam with Dr Cook. I will refer neighbors, family and friends to this vision center because of the staff and their customer service orientation. Dimple is an outstanding employee and I hope you recognize her for exemplary service over and beyond expectations.

My daughters have had their vision needs, exams, glasses and contacts taken care of at this location since they were very little. We have always received great care as well as personal and informative treatment. Dr. Cook is great and we have recommended to many of our friends and family.

I just love this place. I went here with my daughter's prescription from an expensive pediatric optometrist, and she got her great glasses at half the price of the other place. Today I found out that I needed glasses too, and I went back there to get mine. I received the most comprehensive explanations of literally everything - how progressive lenses work, in what way each type of lenses is different from others, etc. I was helped with every single additional feature to my lenses, and I ordered my glasses for the right price. They are patient and very knowledgeable. Also, I really appreciate the cleanliness of the place and the protective measures they take against covid. Thank you! We will continue to come here.

I was hesitant at first to book an appointment at Walmart Vision & Glasses. Can I trust Walmart for my eye prescription? Well I'm glad I made that appointment. Dr. Cook and his team are awesome! Initial prep for the eye exam was high tech and pain free. None of that shooting air in your eye. Dr. Cook was very knowledgeable, smart and detailed in his explanations of my eye health and preventative measures to cure help cure my eye dryness. The glasses buying process was easy and I wasn't pressured into purchasing expensive eye frames. My insurance covered the cost of the frames but the cost of prescription wasn't prohibitive. The people that work in the Tampa Bruce B Downs location were so nice! I went there on a Tuesday and my glasses were ready for pickup the following Tuesday. I highly recommend them for all your vision needs!
