It was the best most timely appointment I have had. In the past I have waited 30 plus minutes past my appointment time. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. It was a very good refreshing change.

Something happened earlier that backed up appointments so it took longer than expected. Also, my eye exam seemed shorter than usual, i.e., just looked at the letters on the chart without the usual "lenses" looking at the chart. (Maybe because I use reading glasses and said I didn't need prescription lenses?)
It was the first time I saw this doctor because my regular doctor was not available. The doctor was thorough explaining what he was doing and said everything was fine. He also advised me how to care for my "dry eye". Overall, I do like and trust Center for Sight for my eyecare!

Waited nearly an hour in the waiting room. Asked to make sure that secondary insurance will be billed. Two lobby associates said, "That's not my job. If they don't bill the secondary insurance, you can call the billing dept. later." I did not appreciate their attitude. Dr. Lenhart was good but seemed rushed. The experience was just ok but not stellar. Service at Center for Sight has been slipping over the past few years.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and I arrived early. His assistant took me through a series of tests, including one she thought the doctor might need in order to save time. We finished the tests at 1:20 PM, but I then waited in the waiting room until 2:30 PM. I didn't see the doctor for over an hour. I would have given 1 star if not for the staff and especially the assistant. Their time management is terrible.
