Eyeglass Maxx Venice

doctor of optometry was late, I was early 40 minutes. at least communicate. people came in and was waited on. never informed he would be late. zero communication. smh. save my paperwork dingbats Poor Debbie has to work with this dude. This particular optometrist is rude and unprofessional. Staff could have at least told me he was not in the building. like I said. ZERO COMMUNICATION. But this particular optometrist is cocky. Not my first rodeo with his attitude.

I went in just to look at their selection, which is huge by the way. And Jamey was super patient and helpful. He helped find exactly what I wanted. I am very picky. I ended buying two pairs and I will go back when I need more glasses. They have a great selection and great prices and Jamey was very helpful and kind . Fantastic experience for me.

I bought my glasses here a year ago and had a great experience with the staff and service. I returned today to get some loose screws tightened on my glasses, and had another great visit. Thank you Jamey and Virginia for all your assistance and kindness! ---- Feb 2026 Went back for some new lens and Denise was very helpful and friendly to work with.

Jamey was exceptionally helpful and responsive. He helped us pick out glasses based on our input and actually processed the order while we waited and we walked out with a perfect pair of glasses. He was friendly and listened to our preferences and did not do a hard sell. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Eyeglass Max. Venice and Jamey.

Would recommend! Greeted by a friendly gentleman who was able to quickly repair my glasses (the wire had snapped holding my lens in place). It took about three minutes and he kindly did this at no charge. He had already been serving another person when we arrived, so I was able to observe the interaction. He was attentive to the customers requests and worked with him to give all the options he wanted. Prices seemed very reasonable compared to other places I've visited, especially with a coupon applied. I could definitely see buying glasses here, especially if you want to avoid big box locations.

Eyeglass Maxx is fantastic. They are very friendly and helpful. I do not review much but felt like I wanted to say something about them as them have been awesome. Debbie, Paula, Virginia and the entire staff fixed problems we brought with us from another eyeglass place. They did a great job checking our eyes, finding an issue with my wife's eye. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Update: Time for new glasses and contacts and once again I could not be happier with Eyeglass Maxx! The Dr was the FIRST ever who was actually able to fit me with contacts I can read with , as well as walk around with them on :) ( I'll need to get his name and update.) Debbie once again this time was wonderful helping me with finding frames. I narrowed, but couldn't make up my mind, slept on it and went back the following day, and Denise helped me. Denise was exceptional in the time she spent with me and helping me make my decision and fit my new frames, and also in choosing sunglasses. Again highly recommend Eyeglass Maxx, Venice:) I am so excited to have found Eyeglass Maxx! Buying glasses is always a hard ordeal for me, but not this time. Paula and Debi were wonderful! I was greeted immediately and they spent time helping me find the perfect frames for eyeglasses and sunglasses. The store has a great selection of frames at several price points which is also very helpful. After choosing my frames, time was spent clearly explaining all my options for each and carefully measuring my eyes. Nice going to a place with knowledgeable and friendly employees! I HIGHLY recommend Eyeglass Maxx Venice.

Visited Eyeglass Maxx in Venice to get long overdue replacement glasses. Great experience! Virginia was very personable and easy to work with. I am a detail person and I liked that she took the time to listen to what I needed, explained the options and helped me arrive at what was right for me without spinning my head. Pricing was reasonable and I feel like the support will be there if I need it going forward. Again, great experience. I would definitely recommend
