Jeane deserves a raise! Every time I need something she is always there to help out, and is so kind. I've been ordering from Hubble contacts and have had numerous problems and I came in needing contacts and she went above and beyond, and is why I am switching over from Hubble contacts to eyeglass world. Absolutely hands down the best place to get glasses and an exam. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with warm smiles from friendly, caring and well dressed professional. Ria hold my husband and I both with glasses and she was absolutely fabulous! So knowledgeable, personable, professional and I have to say it again, so well dressed. She looked adorable. Dr O'Shea is amazing with the best bedside manner I've ever seen in my life! To all the other employees thank you so much for all of your help and I'm so sorry that I didn't get your names. I had a great experience at Eyeglass World . The only place in town that has their own lab and were able to get me a pair of glasses in a day. I'm having cataracts surgery in a month and I needed a pair of glasses in a rush to wear before my testing date. Jaime provided excellent service from start to finish. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and she helped me find the right frame's. She is the type of person businesses as should have at every branch The appointment was quick, and my glasses came out perfect. I definitely recommend them!" Oh and they except my insurance!

Showed up bright and early at 9 AM when they first opened no clients there. They say they offer walk-ins but do not trying to reschedule me two hours later when it took me 30 minutes to drive here in the first place. Poor customer service while sitting here waiting looking for another place spent another 30 minutes in the parking lot to see no clientele come in, but for some reason, they couldn't get me in at 9 AM 9 AM.
